Vincent Horn's grandparents, Latif & Peggy Fakhoury, have been operating a small family farm for over 3 decades in Western North Carolina, and offered for us to plant on their land. We're thinking of this as our Prototype Farm, as we have a chance to learn basic organic farming methods, get more familiar with the Western North Carolina Bioregion, and harvest delicious organic food!
